Terms Of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

We sell sealed retail bottles of designer and niche fragrance. Product images, notes, and editorial descriptions are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the bottle or packaging you receive as brands update their presentation. All items are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars and reflect the manufacturer's suggested retail price unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Prices and availability may change at any time before you place an order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by your local authority. Those charges are your responsibility. See the shipping page for details.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Payment is captured at the time of purchase and is processed by our third-party payment processor; your use of checkout is also subject to that processor's terms. Your bank or card statement will show a Scentito-related descriptor for the charge. We may cancel or refuse an order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, resale-driven, or in breach of these terms.

We sell one-time purchases only. Scentito does not offer subscriptions, and no recurring charges are made to your payment method.

Delivery options, costs, and timeframes are described on the shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier; if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

Every bottle is sourced through authorized channels. Our authenticity commitment is described on the authenticity page.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Creators curate edits and publish commentary on their storefronts. Their opinions are their own and are not medical, allergy, or safety advice. Creators earn a commission on sales attributed to their storefront. Creator participation is governed by a separate agreement.

Site content, including text, imagery, and layout, belongs to Scentito or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not scrape, resell, or republish site content, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

Fragrance can cause skin sensitivity in some people; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law and any manufacturer warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction — except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
