Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every bottle we ship is a sealed retail bottle sourced through authorised supply. We don't sell testers, decants or unboxed stock.
What sizes do you carry?
Sealed retail bottles in 1.0, 1.7, 2.5, 3.3, 3.4 and 5.0 oz, plus official gift sets, coffrets and discovery sets.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched quickly, and shipping is free. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return from your order confirmation email or the contact page.
What is a creator shop?
A curated storefront run by a creator you follow. Same stock, same prices, same shipping — the creator earns on orders placed through their shop.
Do prices differ between creator shops?
No. Pricing is identical everywhere on Scentito, whichever shop you buy through.
